Full BSA frames for A50 and A65 unit motors custom-made by David Bird. These BSA frames are made from 1.5" x .120" wall and 1" x .120" wall DOM tubing with 5/16" thick axle plates. Beautiful TIG welds, MIG welded axle plates. Standard size Triumph neck. Where else can you find such a clean frame for your BSA bobber or chopper build?

These are available with your choice of either the looped or straight rear frame rails at the axle, and are available in 0", 2", 4", and 6" stretch. You can also choose 0", 1" or 2.5" of drop. The 2.5" drop is only available on the 4" and 6" stretch frames. Frames are made to accommodate a battery box or not, if you choose 'Add Base' the bends on the bottom rails will be pushed towards the rear so there is a flat base to mount your battery box.

For more information and frequently asked questions about our custom frames and hardtails, please check out the Frame FAQ.

These are custom made-to-order and currently take approximately 8-12 weeks to complete and ship. You will be charged the shipping at the time of purchase, and when your frame ships we will email over your tracking info.

NOTE TO AUSTRALIAN CUSTOMERS: If you are in Australia be sure to read the frame FAQ, due to your country's customs laws all frames ship freight and there will be additional charges in addition to the shipping shown during checkout.

Hands down some of... Review by Artie
Hands down some of the best craftmanship I've ever seen. The dimensions are ridiculously accurate, everything is straight, the welds are perfect, the proportions are perfect. You have to see one to really appreciate it. Better still, RIDE ONE!<br />
With all the choice of stretch, drop, tail style and the option to add a battery base, it means that the same engine (say a unit BSA/Triumph) can be housed in very different looking frames. (Posted on 8/2/2010)
