New from Lowbrow Customs, this tapered roller bearing conversion kit allows you to directly mount a Harley Davidson or Springer front end to your Triumph. This kit fits all 650 Triumphs from 1956 - 1970. This kit will fit Triumph 500 models 1967 and up. Kit includes two races, two Timken bearings, and dust shield. This kit will allow you to mount any front end with a 1" stem, including front ends from:
Harley Davidson Big Twins 1949 and newer
Sportsters 1982 and newer
DNA Springers or other Springers with 1" stems
Simply use a drift and hammer to drive out the old bearing races from your frame's neck, and tap these new races into place. The bearing with the dust shield goes on top and the other on bottom. That is it, simple!

Pros - makes it easy to change over your front end Cons - Top bearing cap had a significant lip that needed to be filed down for it to fit the steering stem Great product! Makes front end conversion very easy. My only problem was the upper bearing cap. It had a lip on the inside that needed to be filed down to fit the steering stem. Not a big deal, that's a very common issue with any bearing brand. |

Pros - makes it very easy . Cons - this is a great kit ,it all goes together well and it saves a trip to the bearing shop and having some wanker tell you that you cant get that size any more , head stem in the freezer warm up the bearing and drop it on ,simple. |

Pros - These bearings worked right the first time. You need these for a proper fit of a Harley front end to a Triumph. Cons - Absolutely none. Each time I build a bike requiring the proper fitment of a Harley Springer or other Harley forks to a Triumph I will buy these bearings. Priced rather good as well. |

Pros - Should be a great product. Cons - You should make it for the '71 Trumps too. See above. |

Pros - Its very easy to get them in and you dont have to chase the loose bearings all over the floor. Cons - I have a old springer front end from the 70's and the bottom bearing was to skinny. A quick trip to Napa auto parts and $13.00 came up with one that fit. Not a bad kit just plan on some minor fab work. |

Pros - Easy to install Cons - I am still finding my old loose bearings all over my garage no more grease and bearings everywhere. This is a great and necessary upgrade. |
