Returns & Exchanges

Can I return an item for a refund? Yes, you can return new, unworn or unopened items for a refund within 30 days of purchase. If a product has been installed and has damage (for instance handlebars with clamp marks) we will not refund or exchange it. You cannot return or exchange custom items (ie. custom embroidered or lettered apparel, or special order items). For returns you are credited back your purchase amount (not including your shipping) to your credit card or paypal depending on how you paid.

Can I exchange an apparel item for a different size? Yes. We will exchange an unworn item to exchange for a different size. Custom items cannot be exchanged (custom embroidered names, etc.). The customer is responsible for any additional shipping charges incurred with an exchange.

How do I return or exchange an item? To return or exchange an order you MUST first contact us at sales@lowbrowcustoms.com and get a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number which needs to be written on the package label. Any packages coming back to us without a proper RMA number on the outside of the package will be refused and returned to sender.

Decals / Stickers

Do the decals have a background? Are they weatherproof? They do not have a background, and yes, they are weatherproof, rated at 4 - 5 years outdoor. For more info, and some photos, check out our decal info page.

How do I install my cool new decals? Check out our vinyl decal installation instructions, and you will be slapping down decals left and right like a pro.

Payment & Shipping

How and when does Lowbrow Customs ship for domestic (US) & International orders? SHIPPING U.S. Enter your zip code in the shopping cart to get actual shipping costs and options.

Orders ship Monday - Saturday via USPS. Orders with custom items, such as custom embroidery, may take a couple days longer before they ship out. If there is a delay on an item for any reason, we will contact you.

SHIPPING INTERNATIONALLY We ship world-wide. USPS First Class International typically takes 7 - 14 business days, with perhaps a little extra time thrown in if the package gets stopped in customs. USPS Priority International is faster but more expensive, and typically arrives in 7 - 10 business days. We can provide a customs declaration number which can be checked at usps.com, but USPS does not provide a tracking number on international shipments. The customs declaration number will not show an update until it is released from customs in your country.

What types of payment does Lowbrow Customs accept? Lowbrow Customs is set up to take payment via your credit card (visa, mastercard or discover), debit card, or through PayPal. You don't need to sign up for a PayPal account to check out, you can just enter your card info and address and it will process it like normal.

If you do not want to order online or call in your credit card order, you can always mail in a money order. Make sure to include your shipping address, email (and/or phone number), what color you want each decal, shirt sizes, etc. and don't forget to add the shipping cost in as calculated in the shopping cart.
