LOWBROW CUSTOMS DEALERS
qualify for this distinction by submitting a completed Dealer Application. A minimum initial stocking order of $500 is also required to be approved as a Lowbrow Customs dealer. To maintain dealer status you must purchase at least $500.00 annually or your dealer status will be revoked. Once you have been approved as a dealer you will be assigned a dealer login and password where you can view dealer pricing on all items via our website.
DEALER PRICING:
All Lowbrow Customs Dealers receive the same dealer pricing. Lowbrow Customs does not offer multiple price levels based off of volume and/or shop size. The only time that Lowbrow Customs offers any discounts below standard dealer pricing is in the event of a product being discontinued or on special. We do not offer dealer pricing on all items, only items we are distributors for or produce. This includes: Items produced by Lowbrow Customs, Biltwell Inc., No School Choppers, Cleveland Cycleworks, Colony Machine and S&S Cycles.
WAREHOUSE AND SHIPPING:
We operate a warehouse at our headquarters in Medina, OH to satisfy all orders from Lowbrow Customs Dealers. We charge actual shipping (method of your choice) or any order in the USA over $400.00 qualifies for free UPS ground service. Orders placed by 12:00 PM EST typically ship out same day.
MANUFACTURER'S SUGGESTED RETAIL PRICING:
The suggested retail price determined by the manufacturer on every product is based on healthy profit margins for every party in the sales chain. Lowbrow Customs aggressively promotes and protects retail prices to stabilize and maintain the perceived value of the product line, and we ask that all authorized dealers to do the same.
WARRANTY
If any new Lowbrow Customs product appears to display a defect in materials or workmanship, it must be returned to the manufacturer with a photocopy of the
original bill of sale before any repair or replacement will be considered.
