Lowbrow Customs has teamed up with Kerker to bring you an affordable, USA-made, high-performance, 2 into 1 exhaust system for your Harley-Davidson. Our goal was to create an exhaust system we would want to run on our bikes, stripped of all the superfluous covers and branding. We continuously find ourselves drawn to performance race vehicles. Form follows function, and the 2 into 1 SuperMeg is all business. Available in everyone's favorite color, black, this expertly crafted exhaust is available for Harley-Davidson Sportster, FXR., Dyna and Softail model motorcycles. The 2 into 1 SuperMeg features a full-flow mechanical core for a deep throaty sound and excellent top end performance. You’ll feel the power curve shift to the top end, providing high RPM power. A 2.5” non-baffle, mechanical core provides a deep, bottomless rumble. The core and packing are rebuildable for minimum maintenance. A uniquely designed mounting bracket makes this system a breeze to install, and all of our 2 into 1 SuperMegs will work perfectly with OEM mid controls as well as forward controls with the exception of the FXRP police models.
NOTE: When first using exhaust, heat may cause discoloration as part of the paint curing process, this is normal. There is no warranty on exhaust pipes and mufflers with regard to any discoloration. Blueing is caused by tuning characteristics, cam timing, carburetor jetting, overheating, etc. and is not caused by defective manufacturing. No refunds on exhaust pipes once motorcycle is started unless there’s a manufacturer’s defect.
WARRANTY NOTE: Using header wrap on exhaust pipes will void the warranty. Lowbrow Customs will not take returns or replace damaged exhaust pipes that were wrapped. Many motorcyclists use header wrap to either keep the heat away from their leg or just 'for looks'. Header wrap not only keeps heat away from anything near it, it keeps the heat inside the pipes. Header wrap is designed specifically to keep the heat in the header to improve the scavenging of the cylinders. Keeping the heat in keeps the exhaust speed high, which is good for performance. The issue is that, especially if the motorcycle is running lean, the metal of the exhaust can be at near molten (or molten) temperatures, causing the pipe to disintegrate or crack. This typically happens close to the exhaust port / head. For this reason we will not replace pipes that are damaged by excessive heat due to header wrap.
