What is that I can go(take) up Mullins Chain Drive 39mm Great Narrow Tree Set with the Standard inch Cycle 21 Mini Brake Drum Chopper Wheel?
A:
That would not be a good choice for those triple trees as the axle for that wheel needs to be 5/8" and the forks these trees work for accept a 3/4" axle

Would the axle included with the trees work with the lowbrow shaved lowers or would I have to shorten the axle that came with the lowers?
A:
Yes you would have to modify the axle that comes with the lowers , they are designed for stock tree width ,.

Running standard Sporty front wheel in my 98 1200. Will I be able to use a brake with this? Or what can I do to run a brake with this?
A:
Most guys using these are running a spool hub with no brake , I have only seen 1 person do a brake with these it was on a forum either Chop Cult or Jockey Journal and it was a ton of work . Note the distance for the hub in the listing there is not much room there .

Will these work with the cycle standard spool hub wheel you carry? And if so will I need anything else to make it work.
A:
According to the listing for the trees it states you will have 4" for the hub and that wheels hub is approx 3.55" for the overall width so it should work but will be a pretty tight fit .
