Have not installed it yet, had enough trouble getting the plastic packaging out of the drum. An installation guide would be handy. Unfortunately i ordered the 21" x 2.15 which looks like the drum and hardware may not fit the springer. Will have to compare with the VTwin 21" x 1.85 Drum to see if it is narrower.
Wheel looks great. There are other things to keep in mind. Don't mount tire yourself. Take it in and it won't get marked up. They will balance it as well. Buy a spacer kit for your axle. It's not going to be the same spacing as what you have. There is brake bar that is attached to the fork. There a boss on the fork that is shown in the picture, mine fork didn't have this boss. I made a smaller bracket for this out of detail that goes between the engine and the exhaust pipe for a Triumph. The brake plate must be square with the wheel otherwise it will rub inside as the wheel spins. Tweaking my brake bar took care of the rubbing. The cylinder connection that is on the cable is smaller then the one I had on my handle insert. They give you 2 but they were both small. Heads up, this brake really grabs hard.
I had one of these wheels on my rigid back in the early 90's. They were great wheels, this one looks just as fine. It used Honda 50 mini bike shoes. Hope this helps in tracking down parts.
