FORK DAMPER AND CARTRIDGE ELIMINATOR KITS

Harley's factory cartridge suspension on the 39mm and 49mm front ends does the minimum. Til Death Cycles makes a direct replacement that removes the factory setup entirely and installs their extended damper tubes in its place:

• 39mm Extended Damper Tube Kit: One of the most reviewed Til Death Cycles parts in the LBC catalog. Fits Harley-Davidson front ends running 39mm tubes. The extended damper design improves damping consistency compared to the stock setup. A straightforward install with no fabrication required.

• 49mm Extended Damper Tube Kit: The 49mm version covers Dyna Lowrider S and 2016-up Sportster 48 front ends. Same principle as the 39mm kit, replacing the factory damper with a properly tuned extended tube setup.

• 39mm Cartridge Eliminator Kit: Built for 2016-up Iron 883 models running the asymmetrical cartridge front end. The kit contains everything needed to remove the factory cartridge and convert to the Til Death extended damper setup. Fork springs are required and sold separately. • 49mm Cartridge Eliminator Kit: Covers Dyna Lowrider S and 2016-up Sportster 48 with 49mm tubes. Same complete conversion kit approach as the 39mm version. If running emulators, order the drilled option at checkout as the tubes must be run with emulators once drilled.

CASE SAVER AND HARDWARE

• Dyna Case Saver: Addresses a known weak point on Dyna motors where dropping from a wheelie or hard landings can crack or snap the motor mounts. The case saver bolts on to protect the case at the vulnerable point. A practical part for any Dyna being ridden aggressively.

• Oversized Seat Mount Nut Insert: A machine-finished 1/4"-20 oversized seat mount nut insert for Harley-Davidson applications where the stock seat mount thread has been stripped or needs a more secure solution.
