These Struts were developed for Sportsters but could be used on any bike that will accept 10" eye to eye struts with 1/2" bores for shock bolts/studs. They are finished with a super durable black electroplate finish. Built from burly DOM tubing, sleeved and TIG welded for strength.
You can install these yourself with a crescent wrench in about five minutes if you stop in the middle of the job to get another beer. Make sure you have enough clearance between your tire and fender/ tailight wire, etc. Some Sportster models may require a little clearancing on the back side of the lower boss to make room for the axle nut and washer.

Pros - Black, Exactly what i wanted, Made My Sportster Look Bad Ass Cons - Notta These things are made to last, heavy duty, and excellent craftmanship. Pros - Lowbrow rules! I've ordered from them before I got these struts in the same fashion, processed fast, delevered fast! Will order from them in the future period! The struts fit perfect on my 2001 1200 custom, only needed to grind circumfrance of my factory washers to fit Cons - Looks like the struts were packaged a little too soon after painting, minor blemish from cardboard pattern but this is a manufacturer issue. Bolt on with no issues for my 2001 1200 custom. Looks clean and mean. Lowered my seat hight by 3 plus inches! Looks bitch'n! Bit of a rough ride, but that's to be expected. |

Pros - Well made, look good, easy installation Cons - On 2004 sportster, I had to grind down the chrome trim around the stock fender. Good quality product, to bolt flush to rear frame, must grind down rear strut trim around top mounting bolt. Very minimal with a grinder. Without grinding this you won't get tight to frame.....After that just bolts right up. Just remember do one at a time or you will have to find a quick way to jack up rear of bike to get on........I would recommend product to someone! |

Pros - Quality construction. Cons - If your looking for a smooth vibrationless ride, not the product for you. If your looking for a kick ass look with a hard ass ride go for it. |

Pros - Easy installation. Cons - Would be nice to have an option for 14mm eyelets for modern Triumph Bonnevilles Bought these for my '03 Triumph Speedmaster. They fit great and give about a 2" drop in the rear once you drill out the eyelets to fit the stock shock mounts on Triumphs (14mm vs 12.7mm). |

Pros - Look awesome Cons - None So I am going to start this out by admitting that my tool box is still pretty limited and my mechanical skills are pretty elementary, but I am working on both. |

Pros - Great quality and good option versus hardtailing frame Cons - none I had to slightly modify my lower shock mount to get the struts to fit. Only took an hour or so. Great product! |
