Full Triumph frames for unit motors custom-made by David Bird. These Triumph 500 c.c. / 650 c.c. / 750 c.c. frames are made from 1.5" x .120" wall and 1" x .120" wall DOM tubing with 5/16" thick axle plates. Beautiful TIG welds, MIG welded axle plates. The perfect platform for your Triumph bobber or chopper build.
These are available with your choice of either the looped or straight rear frame rails at the axle, and are available in 0", 2", 4", and 6" stretch. You can also choose 0", 1" or 2.5" of drop. The 2.5" drop is only available on the 4" and 6" stretch frames. The 500 c.c. frames are also available with 1" of drop, which can be seen in some of the photos below. Frames are made to accommodate a battery box or not, if you choose 'Add Base' the bends on the bottom rails will be pushed towards the rear so there is a flat base to mount your battery box.

Pros - Beautiful welds, sex appeal, helpful if you aren't starting with a project bike
Cons - Absolutely none
My purchase was processed quickly for being "made to order." The frame was wrapped and highly protected during the shipping process. It's an eye catching frame, with welds that are flawless. I was looking for the custom look and it's provided with the options of "Stretch" and "Drop" The threaded bungs are made to slap your motor right in. I had no project bike to start with, so this was perfect for the bobber build. Don't start with crap, do yourself a favor and buy quality fab made in the USA! =D
