Ironhead China began with a restoration that had stalled. Our founder, Jing, was rebuilding Harleys as a hobby, and he kept meeting the same dead end: the part he needed had been out of production for decades, and the originals still around were worn, expensive, or both. So he went looking for workshops that could make them properly. Talking with other enthusiasts online made the next step clear. He was not the only one stuck. Plenty of people were hunting the same parts, and very few were being made well. Ironhead China is here to close that gap.
