CABLE CLAMP SIZES AND CONFIGURATIONS

All Lowbrow Customs clamps mount to the frame or handlebar tubing and route a single cable through a .394-inch hole, which suits clutch and brake cables on Harley-Davidson and most custom motorcycle applications:

• Clutch and brake cable clamps: Available for 1-inch, 1-1/8-inch, and 1-1/4-inch frame or handlebar tubing in black electroplate finish. The 1-1/4-inch version is the most reviewed in the range and covers the most common chopper and hardtail frame tube diameter. An aluminum finish version is available for 1-inch tubing for builders who want a natural aluminum look alongside polished or raw components.

• Throttle cable handlebar clamps: The throttle cable variant is sized specifically for handlebar mounting on 1-inch bars, in black and aluminum finishes. The cable hole is positioned to route the throttle cable cleanly from the grip area along the bar without standing off or pulling at an angle.

All versions use stainless steel hardware and threaded inserts. The insert is the key difference from budget cable clamps: the stainless insert takes the clamping load and thread wear rather than the softer aluminum body, so the clamp survives being repositioned or removed without the thread failing on the first or second adjustment.
