Mid-USA covers several of the larger-ticket categories in a Harley chopper build: springer front ends, complete wheels, 6-speed transmissions, forward controls, and brake components. The range runs from Knucklehead-era springer geometry through late-model Softail transmissions, with most products covering 1936 to 1999 Big Twin and Sportster applications. HARDBODY SPRINGER FRONT ENDS

The Mid-USA Hardbody Antique Style springer is the workhorse of the lineup. It includes a 3/4-inch axle kit, runs disc brake-compatible geometry, and measures 24 inches from the bottom bearing to axle center at standard length, which puts it comparable to a stock FXST front end. Available from 2 inches under to 6 inches over standard length in chrome, black, and copper and black finishes. The Wide Style Gen 2 and Gen 3 springers cover builders who want a wider front end profile, available in 2 and 4-inch under lengths. For period-correct Panhead builds, the Mid-USA OEM Style Panhead springer covers 1936 to 1947 Big Twins directly.

COMPLETE WHEELS

• 21-inch front wheels: Complete single flange wheels for FXST and FXDWG 1984 to 1999 and FL Shovelheads 1973 to 1984, plus Sportster XL and FX 1984 to 1999 applications. Chrome and black finishes. Antique-style and standard spool profiles stocked.

• 16-inch wheels: Complete front and rear 16 x 3.00 wheels for Big Twins 1979 to 1999 and FLST 1984 to 1999. Dual flange versions for 1973 to 1984 Big Twins cover front or rear fitment.

• 19-inch front wheels: Complete 19 x 2.5 chrome front wheel for Sportster XL and FX 1984 to 1999 for builders who want a slightly smaller front diameter than the standard 21.

TRANSMISSIONS, CONTROLS AND BRAKES

• 6-Speed Transmissions: Direct-fit 6-speed transmission for 1990 to 1999 Harley-Davidson Softails in cast, polished, and black finishes. A straight swap into the existing primary and chassis without frame modification.

• Forward Controls: Polished and black billet forward control kits for 1936 to 1999 Big Twins in 5/8-inch and 3/4-inch bore. Covers both classic Big Twin bore sizes depending on the master cylinder and brake setup on the build.

• Brake Calipers and Master Cylinders: Four-piston calipers in polished and black anodized for custom brake setups. Rear caliper bracket for rigid frame models with 11-1/2-inch rotors. Rear master cylinders cover 1987 to 2003 Sportsters and 1958 to 1972 Big Twins as direct OEM replacements.
