Another Well-Thought Out & Quality Kit From Lowbrow Customs

This kit contains everything needed to set the proper spring pre-load when installing extended 41mm fork tubes on a Harley-Davidson motorcycle. Included are 4 washers and 2 pieces of 12", schedule 80 PVC. When assembling your fork legs, place a washer on top of the spring, then the piece of PVC cut to the necessary length, followed by another washer, and finally the fork tube cap. The provided washers are heavy-duty, and the schedule 80 PVC is thick-walled just because it can be (standard schedule 40 PVC is fine, but why not beef it up). Very likely there will be plenty of PVC left over; this kit will work with fork tubes up to 10" over. We provide the washers for under the fork tube caps to ensure the springs seat against a flat surface; some fork tube caps have different profiles on the underside. Don't forget to grab a 41mm fork tube seal kit to complete the job properly.
