These springs are the best. Nice chrome and strong enough to keep you from bottoming out. Colony has been around forever because they do a good job. Tim

Different
I bought these side-by-side with a set of the Lowbrow-branded seat springs. These are made in the USA, the Lowbrows are not. These are a touch taller than the Lowbrow springs as of this writing, and far more compressible. Lowbrow ones are not far off from having a rigid-seat... from a guy ringing in at 285. These are probably best for a lighter rider. I'm fat as ****, so I used the Lowbrow jib-jabs, and these are sitting on my shelf for the next time a skinnier buddy blows up a spring. Remember to align your springs with your bung as best you can so they have the best shot at linear compression. (Yes, I know seats swing in an arc.)
Great looking springs. They compress
Great looking springs. They compress a little more than i thought, but they'll never bottom out with my 205lb behind on them.
Top Quality, and looks very good together with all the rest of the crome on my Indian Scout 2015.
The springs are of good quality, and lokks that way also. The original springs that came with my tractor seat from Motheroad Custom were just to weak - i bottomed them now and then on bad roads. And I am not THAT heavy, actually. Now even the old school Indian warriors comes up and say that with that seat and spring, my bike can Almost be acceptable, even for them!
