This four piston caliper is supplied with installed brake pads, a banjo bolt with two copper crush washers, and a set of six stainless steel caliper spacing shims (2 each of shim thicknesses .012", .020" and .040"). A unique feature of our caliper is that the bleed screw location can be swapped with the plug, allowing you to locate the bleed screw at the high point of the caliper once mounted. This allows for easy brake-bleeding with the caliper installed on the bike, as the air needs to escape from the highest point.
The mounting holes are 3-1/2" center-to-center, which is standard on most brake caliper brackets. These calipers are suitable for use on front and rear wheel applications. The supplied 3/8"-24 banjo bolt works perfectly with available brake line fittings and brake lines, allowing custom-length brake lines for a super clean and finished look. NOTE: A 3/4" bore master cylinder is recommended for 4 piston calipers.
