      Swingin springs

The quality is great, they are softer than a 3" barrel if you're looking for that. I'm 250 and I almost bottomed these things out bouncing up and down on the seat in my garage making motor sounds! The barrel springs are stiffer for me, yet still have the spring, which is the whole point. The reason for the 4 out of 5 rating is that the hairpin springs moved all over, side to side, when I was "playing motorcycle". How is someone suppose to keep these things pointing straight back all the time?? Kinda weird design. I've never seen them out to the side or pointing inwards on any other bike, so maybe it was just me(?) Or maybe riders straighten them just before the photo shoot? Hummm...

      solid set up

I went from a 2.5 to 3 inch hairpin and it works good , the spring function worked better for my steeper frame set up.

Firmer than the barrel springs plus less side to side movement. They look way better I think. Only problem was they didn't fit on the mounts; about 1/16" too small but that is easily fixed.
