Triumph Valve Spring Compressor
Tool worked just has Todd demonstrated in his video. This is a very well made tool, much heavier than I expected. As Todd demonstrated - with tool clamped in a vice - its construction allows one to support the entire cylinder head in-the-tool. A quick few turns of the lower arm and "pop" - valve spring retainers pop loose. This is the right tool for the job!

Excellent, fit the cylinder head perfectly. Had all four springs off in five minutes. Used on a 1963 650 Cylinder head. Excellent build quality, feels like a real tool not some mass produced ****.

Works great on my Norton cylinder head. I’m sure it works even better on the lighter Triumph heads. I would definitely recommend this to a friend because if I loaned him mine I would never see it again.

For years I have been getting by with a cheap one made in India. Finally broke down and bought this. I am not disappointed at all. It works so much nicer and is really built tough.

I have used it on Norton and Triumph engines with no issues. It also works just on Jaguar XK engines. The collar needs to be removed for this application. Prize away the clip securing it to the C clamp. Then offer the collar back onto the shaft just prior to compressing the springs
