United StatesTiming cover oil seal
I always use the seals with the metal housing. They don't get deformed while installing them and they last longer and hold higher oil pressure than the rubber seals. That's my opinion but it is based on several years of experience. I highly recommend them.

I tried the ****** tawain seal and had low oil pressure i put these 2 babies in and oil pressure is great also went with a morgo fuel pump. Theres certain thing you need to pay more for. And these seals are one of them.
