Mounting a license plate on a custom motorcycle is rarely straightforward. The stock rear fender location clutters a clean build. Rigid frames have no fender mount. Choppers and bobbers often need the plate pushed as far from the rear section as possible to preserve the silhouette. PLATE MOUNTS AND BRACKETS

The right mount depends on your frame configuration, axle size, and where you want the plate to sit:
