United StatesI'd order the correct size for your hands and not go smaller.
These are nice riding gloves with some stretch but I followed the advice of the comments and ordered a size smaller. Bad idea. I wear a Large to X Large and I couldn't even start to get my hand into the mediums. Lowbrow customer service is second to none and took care of me in like 10 seconds. I'll be trying a pair of large next. : ) These are similar to the older polyester HD gloves with the velcro wrist straps.

Having relatively small hands, it’s difficult to find gloves that aren’t excessively baggy. These fit me very well. There were several loose threads on the fingertips. Not ideal for colder weather as the wind goes right through them.
