If you have ever tried to fix a Harley head on your mill you are probably aware of the amount of time & work it takes to set up a fixture to do one process. The fixturing sometimes takes longer than the actual process you have to perform on the head on the mill. Well, Tim Fiorucci of Fiorucci Fabrications developed the all-in-one fixture to make your life so much easier.
From fixing exhaust ports to precision tapping oilers and more, this fixture will allow you to perform multiple tasks on your head without ever having to create a new fixture for each operation again. You can spin your head 360 degrees horizontally and angle it 90 degrees vertical in either direction and lock it in with ease.
One of the biggest advantages of this fixture is that once locked down you can interchange your heads if you have to do multiple heads that need to perform the same operations. Saving you time and money. This fixture is made entirely out of 1/4 laser cut steel and made in the USA.
All the pieces are laser cut from 1/4" in steel. The Kit includes all hardware you will need for assembly. It's designed for repairing aluminum Harley Heads using a vertical milling machine. Fits all aluminum heads 1948-1999. The head is able to be bolted in from both sides, rocker and head gasket surface. It is also able to tilt from 0 to 90 degrees and swivel 360 degrees to get into any tight spot you may need to repair.
