Lowbrow Customs has teamed up with Kerker to bring you an affordable, USA-made, high-performance, 2 into 1 exhaust system for your Harley-Davidson. Our goal was to create an exhaust system we would want to run on our bikes, stripped of all the superfluous covers and branding. We continuously find ourselves drawn to performance race vehicles. Form follows function, and the 2 into 1 Hooligan Exhaust is all business. Available in everyone's favorite color, black, this expertly crafted exhaust fits Harley-Davidson Sportsters 1986 through 2003.
We named this the Hooligan exhaust because the marriage of high performance and lots of ground clearance make this an excellent exhaust for Hooligan racing. The 1986-2003 H-D Sporster is a great platform for Hooligan racing in that they are fast, lightweight and affordable. The 2 into 1 Hooligan Exhaust features a full-flow mechanical core for a deep throaty sound and excellent mid to top end performance. You'll feel the power curve shift to the top end, providing high RPM power.
A 2.5" non-baffle, mechanical core provides a deep, bottomless rumble. The core and packing are rebuildable for minimum maintenance. This system is a breeze to install, and this exhaust system works perfectly with OEM mid controls but will not work with factory or aftermarket forward controls. Installs using the stock OEM exhaust mount which is Harley OEM #65599-80D (not included). Made in the USA.
NOTE: When first using exhaust, heat may cause discoloration as part of the paint curing process, this is normal. There is no warranty on exhaust pipes and mufflers with regard to any discoloration. Blueing is caused by tuning characteristics, cam timing, carburetor jetting, overheating, etc. and is not caused by defective manufacturing. No refunds on exhaust pipes once motorcycle is started unless there’s a manufacturer’s defect.
WARRANTY NOTE: Using header wrap on exhaust pipes will void the warranty. Lowbrow Customs will not take returns or replace damaged exhaust pipes that were wrapped. Many motorcyclists use header wrap to either keep the heat away from their leg or just 'for looks'. Header wrap not only keeps heat away from anything near it, it keeps the heat inside the pipes. Header wrap is designed specifically to keep the heat in the header to improve the scavenging of the cylinders. Keeping the heat in keeps the exhaust speed high, which is good for performance. The issue is that, especially if the motorcycle is running lean, the metal of the exhaust can be at near molten (or molten) temperatures, causing the pipe to disintegrate or crack. This typically happens close to the exhaust port / head. For this reason we will not replace pipes that are damaged by excessive heat due to header wrap.
